PARKING/OFFICE LOCATIONS
Stony Plain - Suite 103, 7 Boulder Boulevard, Stony Plain T7Z1V6
For the month of July 2026 we are currently having our parking lot redone so clients need to park at the neighbouring businesses such as Retail Revolt on 6 Boulder Boulevard. We do not have admin on site and there is a therapy dog on the premises.
West Edmonton - 11328-182 Street, Edmonton T5S2X8 - NEW OFFICE LOCATION
Parking is located to the left and right spaces between the main door. Registered Psychologist
Ever since I can recall, I’ve been intrigued by the complexity of the human mind. My journey in psychology began as an undergraduate, where I delved into the foundational theories and the more I learned, the more I realized that psychology is not just a subject; it’s a lens where we can understand ourselves and others. I believe that every individual’s unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution to psychological well-being. My approach is deeply personalized, focusing on your specific needs, goals, and strengths. I work collaboratively with you to develop a tailored treatment plan that aligns with your values and aspirations.
Finding the right therapist can also often be a lengthy and challenging process, and I believe that a good therapist starts with a good trusting relationship which is what I can provide for you. I gravitate to issues including complex trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, attachment, relationship dynamics and perinatal mental health.
I am so proud to be apart of the mental health community where I can help bridge the gap with community members. I have been in the mental health field for a decade, where I have worked in many capacities such as being a crisis worker and working at an outpatient mental health clinic for children and adults within the public & private health sector. I am a Registered Psychologist (#5691) and I am affiliated with the College of Alberta Psychologists and offer in-person, virtual and phone support anywhere in Alberta. In addition, I offer virtual support to those living in Nunavut and in Nova Scotia.
